Hemp Hustler Supply Co. is not liable for any legal issues, seizures, or penalties resulting from use, possession, or shipment of hemp-derived products in non-compliant jurisdictions.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We ship only within the United States to states where hemp-derived cannabinoids are permitted.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
- All risk transfers to the customer upon shipment. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, delivery delays, or seizures.
- Discreet packaging is used to ensure customer privacy.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Re-shipping fees apply to returned packages due to address errors.
- If your order is delivered while you are not home, or if it sits out and degrades, we are not responsible.
- THCA products are sensitive to heat and may decarboxylate if not retrieved promptly. We strongly encourage selecting expedited shipping during warmer seasons.
- Customers choosing non-expedited options (e.g., ground) accept full responsibility for any resulting degradation in product quality.
4. Return & Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds are provided.
- Returns are not accepted unless authorized by our support team.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
- If approved, store credit or a replacement will be issued at our discretion.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and performed at their own risk.
- No refunds or exchanges are granted based on personal experience, taste, or potency variation.
5. Payment & Processing
- Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe).
- We do not store full credit card details.
- Additional fraud checks may apply.
- Chargebacks or disputes initiated without first contacting us void your right to resolution or compensation.
